One thing that gets overlooked about how some brand’s approach social media, is how their team presents themselves online. Are they also in the mix?
A lot of brands hand out copy for people to swipe and post to their LinkedIn or Twitter, and then you end up with people all sharing the exact same thing.
You’ve seen this before. Almost like clockwork, a bunch of people posting the exact same copy with a bit.ly shortened link… and it looks like spam.
What if all those people just engaged with ONE post from a human, and gave it likes and shares?
