Customer Experience Series: The Future of CX/UX Talent

University of North Texas released a “consumer experience” degree this semester. Students will graduate in 2019. It is positioned in the retail and hospitality departments. Will it hit the mark for the enterprise? Is education on omnichannel retail relevant in all cases to the academic study of customer experience at large? What will the future hold? We’ll discuss all that and more in this 10 11 minute video.

This is the first in a series of video discussion topics in short research-driven formats built to answer questions about pushing the customer’s experience and the enterprise’s performance forward simultaneously.
