CEO
Inspired by the cloud computing revolution, Mark co-founded ClosedWon in 2008 and has been CEO since its inception. As CEO, Mark focuses on setting company vision and empowering employees to make a big impact on our clients and communities.
Previous to ClosedWon, Mark held various sales, marketing, and technical positions within the high-tech industry at ExxonMobile and National Instruments. While at National Instruments, Mark received the Excellence in Sales award for being the top sales performer in 2001.
Mark holds an MBA from UNM and a BSME from LSU. While at LSU, Mark was elected Most Outstanding Graduate by the faculty and was an All-American javelin thrower for the Tiger’s NCAA National Championship Track and Field team in 1992. In his spare time Mark enjoys mountain biking, coaching youth sports, and spending time with his wife and three children.
CTO
For over 15 years, Tim has successfully managed numerous technical implementations while focusing on simplicity, cost effectiveness, and efficiency. He is constantly on the lookout for improvements to be gained in business processes and the elegant software solutions to make those improvements a reality. With the advent of Software as a Service (SaaS), and Cloud Computing platforms such as Force.com, Tim recognized the ease at which these new technologies could enable businesses of all sizes to leverage enterprise software capabilities.
Since then, Tim and the ClosedWon team have focused on leveraging the power, cost-effectiveness, and efficiencies of Cloud Computing for their customers.
As CTO, Tim sets ClosedWon's overall vision for cloud enterprise systems and product development. He oversees the company's consulting and development engagements to ensure the delivery of quality, innovation, efficiency, and value.
COO
Before taking on the COO role, Ken was the company's Senior Engagement Manager. With a background in growing entrepreneurial companies and professional services, Ken leads the effort in developing and managing the underlying systems that support the continuing evolution of best practices for Agile development in PaaS and SaaS environments. And while systems are important, he ensures that ClosedWon will continue to be a great company to work at and a great partner to our clients.
Prior to ClosedWon, Ken held key leadership roles in several privately held companies, including 12 years as the founder and president of a strategic management consulting and information system development firm. He studied International Business and Finance at George Washington University and later attended the University of New Mexico for Organizational Behavior. Postgraduate studies covered the interface of social and technical systems and management practices for complex operational environments.
